Living in the moment
So, for my birthday this year me my O.H and my friend went to London on what was a bit of a spontaneous “yeah why not” kind of trip.
In my head I had the idea that I was going to take loads of photos and plan loads of blog post around my trip.
But in reality I just wanted to live in the moment.
On the first day we visited London Dungeons and had a wander around Westminster and had some dinner in The Hard Rock Cafè.
It was probably one of the best meals I’ve ever had!
I’ve only ever been to London once and that was a school trip.
So this time I took a lot more on board.
London’s a place of its on isn’t it?
I was surprised how nice the people were.
We got a bit lost on the Underground and some lovely lady helped us out.
On the second day we went to Thorpe Park.
It’s been about 5 years since I went to a proper theme park.
And man! Am I sore.
I forgot how many bruise you end up with!
I’d definitely do it all against though.
I’d also recommend buying a fast pass if you’re gonna go visit, as some of the rides had a hour and half waiting time.
In total over two days we walked over 32 thousands steps!
Now if that isn’t a work out I don’t know what is?!
Until next time.
